Cancellation Policy

A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charge for cancellations and rescheduling less than 12 hours of your appointment. GIFT CARD POLICY Purchase & Delivery Gift cards are available for purchase in-store or online. Redemption Gift cards can be used toward any service or product I offer. Please mention the gift card when booking your appointment. Expiration Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Non-Refundable Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or Stolen Cards I’m not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, so please treat them like cash. Promotional Gift Cards Any gift cards given as part of a promotion may have shorter expiration periods and cannot be combined with other offers.
